THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tested it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The construction is cheap, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd acquired something decent instead
